Dave Noel
Born in Encino, California, I spent the first half of my life in the Golden State, where I proudly served as a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff for 14 years. In 1990, I earned my California State Contractor’s License and went on to manage a successful construction company operating in both California and Texas.
Eighteen years ago, I also became a licensed Texas Realtor, combining my knowledge of real estate with my construction background to better serve my clients. In 2021, I moved my family from California to Texas, seeking new opportunities while staying connected to the state that shaped me.
Having witnessed firsthand the devastation caused by the California wildfires, I was deeply affected by the loss so many families endured. Determined to make a difference, I partnered with my close friend Kirc Wynne to launch a demolition company—Demolition Cowboys. Within weeks, the vision became a reality.
Today, Demolition Cowboys is back in California, helping fire victims clear their properties of debris so they can begin the process of rebuilding their homes and lives. We are honored to support these resilient communities—people who, despite unimaginable loss, continue to show extraordinary strength and generosity.
Kirc Wynne
I was raised in a small town in Southern Arizona, where I developed a strong work ethic early on through hands-on experience in construction, farming, and cattle ranching. In the early 1990s, I transitioned into the swimming pool industry, building a successful business focused on the repair, maintenance, and construction of custom pools. That business continues to thrive today in Texas, while I remain actively involved in Arizona cattle ranching.
My passion for heavy equipment runs deep—I take great pride in operating machinery used in demolition and construction, especially when it comes to the physical, boots-on-the-ground work of clearing and preparing a jobsite.
My longtime friend and business partner, Dave Noel, brings the perfect complement to my skill set. While I focus on the physical execution and site operations, Dave excels in communication, coordination, and brings a deep knowledge of construction and real estate to every project. With over 25 years of friendship and partnership behind us, we’ve built a strong, reliable team that delivers exceptional results.
